The AI Watercolor Generator browser extension sends an image you choose on a webpage straight to the AI Watercolor Generator editor. Right-click the image, select Open in AI Watercolor Generator, and continue creating there—no manual download and re-upload.

Install the AI Watercolor Generator browser extension

How to import an image from a webpage
- Open a webpage with an image you want to use as a starting point.
- Right-click the image itself and choose Open in AI Watercolor Generator.
- Wait for the extension to transfer that selected image. A new tab opens the editor with it attached.
- Add your instructions and continue in the watercolor editor. For an image saved on your device instead, use the website's photo-to-watercolor tool.
The extension imports your source image; creating or editing the watercolor happens on the website. If an import fails, the extension shows an error on the page or through a browser notification.
Supported images and privacy
The extension accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB. It reads the image you explicitly choose, validates its format and size, then uploads it over HTTPS to the AI Watercolor Generator website.
The browser asks for access to websites so the extension can fetch an image you right-click on any site. Its content script displays a loading cursor and errors; it does not read or upload page text, form entries, cookies, or browsing history. The extension contains no analytics. Troubleshooting and FAQs
Why is the right-click option missing?
Right-click an actual image, not the surrounding page or a CSS background. Confirm the extension is enabled, then reload the page and try again. Browser-internal pages may not allow extension content scripts.
Why didn't my image import?
Check that the image is a JPEG, PNG, or WebP smaller than 10 MB. Some websites restrict access to their images, so the extension may be unable to retrieve them. If the import service is temporarily unavailable, try again later or upload the image on the website.
Does the extension upload every image I browse past?
No. An upload starts only when you choose Open in AI Watercolor Generator from an image's right-click menu. The extension does not scan the page for other images.
